| Frequently Asked Questions I've never ordered lanyards before. How do I start? 'It's easy. All you have to do is fill out a free quote. We'll reply within 1 day with a price and a production proof of your lanyard. Request any changes and order online or by telephone. I already have a design, how can I send it to you? All you have to do is email us your ideas, fax a sketch or mail us a rough drawing of what you want and we'll send you a production proof for your approval before you order. What is the length of a lanyard? The standard length is 36 inches (18 inches per side) . Depending on your lanyard design, the lenght may vary. If you have a certian length that you need, just let us know. We can make the lanyards any length. What color can may lanyard be and imprint color be? We stock the most popular colors, but we are able to dye the lanyards any color you want! The imprint color can also be any color. What type of payments do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express), checks, money orders and purchase orders. What is the turn around time for your products? We routinely fill orders in about 26 days. We also offer a rush service with a 14 day delivery time. Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses? Yes! We are able to ship to all APO and FPO address as well as any standard address around the world. Is there really no setup or dye charge? Yes! There is no setup or dye charges on most orders. How come your prices are so low? We sell more lanyards, so we are able to keep our price very low. What is the most common / popular type of lanyard? The most common and popular type of lanyard is a 3/4 inch wide imprinted polyester lanyard. They are comfortable to wear and allow for good clean printing. How come you offer more then just lanyards? Simple, our customers are so happy with their lanyards we have been repeatedly asked to supply other items they need. So, we have expanded our line to include lapel pins, belt buckles, key chains, coins, patches, shirts and more. This way you can buy everything you need from the one place you trust. |
