• I’ve never ordered lanyards before. How do I start?
It’s easy. All you have to do is fill out a free quote. We'll reply within 1 day with a price and a production proof of your lanyard. Request any changes and order online or by telephone.
• I have a design, how can I send it to you?
You can email us, fill out a free quote, fax us a copy or mail us a picture. Our free quote is the preferred way. We accept all types of file formats; including ai, eps, jpg, pdf, doc, docx, bmp, and others.
• What is the length of a lanyard?
The standard length is 36 inches (18 inches per side) . Depending on your lanyard design, the lenght may vary. If you have a certian length that you need, just let us know. We can make the lanyards any length.
• What color can may lanyard be and imprint color be?
We stock the most popular colors, but we are able to dye the lanyards any color you want! The imprint color can also be any color.
• What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express), checks, money orders and purchase orders.
• What is the turn around time for your products?
We routinely fill orders in 21 days. We also offer a rush service with a 14 day delivery time.
• Do you ship to APO and FPO addresses?
Yes! We are able to ship to all APO and FPO address as well as any standard address around the world.
• Is there really no setup charges?
Yes! There is no setup or die charges or any type of other hidden fees.
• What is the most common / popular type of lanyard?
The most common and popular type of lanyard is a 3/4 inch wide imprinted polyester lanyard. They are comfortable to wear and allow for good clean printing.
• Is there a minimum order?
Our minimum order for imprinted polyester lanyards is 50 lanyards.
Our minimum order for woven polyester lanyards and dye sublimation lanyards is 100 lanyards.
